OUR MISSION
To promote a cooperative business effort that strengthens a vibrant, local economy and serves as the voice of business in community affairs. A healthy community is a requirement for a healthy business climate and the Chamber seeks to have an active presence in the entire Hesston Community.
WHO ARE WE?
The Hesston Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau is an organization comprised of the business community, uniting the efforts of business, industry, and individuals to ensure a healthy economic base while doing our part to help improve the quality of life in Hesston. We strive to provide opportunities for our members to work together to make our community a better place for everyone to live, work, and play.
HOW DO WE WORK?
Your Chamber is managed by a Board of Directors elected by the general membership. The policies and programs are determined by the board and implemented by an employed Executive Director.
WHAT DO WE DO?
The variety and scope of the Chamber activities are many, depending on the needs of the community and the desire and ability of the Chamber to execute at any given time. The Chamber represents and promotes the area's economy and encourages business investments and development, broadening the tax base and strengthening the business base. To both business prospects and visitors, the Chamber is often the community's front door. Members receive numerous benefits, exclusive advertising and networking options, and additional exposure for their companies or organizations, in exchange for their annual membership fee.
